Welcome to ReDEZYN! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how I provide web design and related services and outline the rights and responsibilities of both ReDEZYN and my clients. By working with me or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • Company / ReDEZYN / We / Us / Our: Refers to ReDEZYN, located at 1722 S. White Rd., Cedarville, MI 49719.

  • You / Client: The individual or business engaging ReDEZYN for services.

  • Service: Refers to the website (redezyn.com) and web design, branding, and support services provided.

  • Device: Any computer, phone, or tablet you use to access the Service.

2. Services Provided

ReDEZYN offers web design packages, branding, and ongoing support (Care Plan), as described on the Services & Pricing page. The exact scope of your project will be outlined in your chosen package and confirmed before work begins.

3. Payments & Fees

  • A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before launch.

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has started.

  • Package prices do not include domain registration or hosting — those remain the client’s responsibility.

  • Additional work beyond the agreed package (extra pages, extra revisions, custom features) will be billed at ReDEZYN’s current rate.

4. Client Responsibilities

To keep your project on track, you agree to:

  • Provide required content (text, images, branding) in a timely manner.

  • Ensure that content you provide is owned by you or properly licensed.

  • Respond to feedback requests promptly to avoid project delays.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • Once full payment is received, the final website design and deliverables belong to you.

  • ReDEZYN retains the right to showcase completed projects in my portfolio and marketing materials.

  • Any licensed stock images, fonts, or third-party tools used in your site remain subject to their original licenses.

6. Revisions & Scope of Work

  • Each package includes a set number of revisions, as described in the Services & Pricing page.

  • Additional revisions or requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

7. Support & Care Plan

  • All new website builds include 6 months of ReDEZYN Care Plan support (updates, small edits, backups, and monitoring).

  • You may extend support for 6 additional months ($199) or renew annually ($540), which includes up to 2 additional pages.

  • After Care Plan coverage ends, additional support will be billed separately.

8. Termination

Either party may end the project if the other fails to meet obligations. In such cases:

  • Payments for completed work remain non-refundable.

  • Any unpaid balance for work performed up to termination will still be due.

  • Upon termination, your license to use any unpaid work will end.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • ReDEZYN shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, business interruptions, or data loss) arising out of using the Service.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount actually paid by you for the Service.

10. “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind. While I take care to deliver reliable websites, I cannot guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of third-party issues (such as hosting outages).

11. Links to Other Websites

The ReDEZYN website may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for convenience only. I am not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States. Any disputes will be resolved under Michigan jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms occasionally. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. By continuing to use the Service after updates, you agree to the revised Terms.
